Ka Lāhui Hawai’i Kōmike Kalai’āina began doing Lāhui Updates on social media during the Hawai’i Covid-19 Quarantine. All videos are uploaded on the Ka Lāhui Hawai’i Youtube Channel.

The first online discussion was held on April 19, 2020 on the topics of Mauna Kea, the UH Mānoa new proposed Strategic Plan and ‘Ohana laws and issues during the time of Covid-19 pandemic. These first two shows was co-hosted by Kanaka Maoli Historian Adam Keawe Manolo-Camp.

The second online discussion was held on April 26, 2020 on the topics of Kawaiaha’o Church, Iwi Kūpuna and 200 years of Missionaries in Hawai’i with our special guests Hinaleimoana Wong and Gauhar Nguyen.

On April 30, 2020 Ka Lāhui Hawai’i Kōmike Kalai’āina held a discussion with Maori leader Hone Harawira to find out what was going one with our Maori cousins during the Covid-19 pandemic and in politics and movements.
